What to expect 

Our graduate scheme lasts three years with three 12-month rotations across a range of departments, enabling you to broaden your knowledge in different aspects of our Finance operation while building a wider understanding of the business and contributing to our unrivalled success. 

You’ll kick off by learning how to establish business relationships and building your fundamental accounting knowledge, before taking on a role as a Finance Business Partner, then going on to gain experience in more specialist areas including: 

• Treasury 
• Investor Relations 
• Group Reporting & Technical Accounting 
• Strategy 
• Content Investments 
• Capital Allocation & Business Control 
• Property & Facilities 
• Audit 
• Risk & Compliance  
• Financial Operations and Procurement 

Experience our portfolio of brands across the UK with your first 12-month rotation based in either Leeds or Bradford, before taking on your second rotation in London or the South East.

What we look for 
Graduates who are curious, resilient, collaborative, highly analytical and confident enough to question the ways we work. We also want to see your passion for finance, your love of being challenged and your desire to come up with ideas that inspire and influence our senior leaders. We’re looking for individuals super-motivated to become our leaders of the future.   

You must have a 2:1 or above. But it doesn’t matter what subject – we’re more interested in your qualities than your specific qualifications, but you must be dedicated to studying toward your CIMA qualification.

What’s in it for you 

You’ll receive a starting salary of £35,000 plus a £2,000 welcome bonus. In addition, we’ll provide funding for your CIMA qualification, which will be completed through an approved apprenticeship scheme.
