6 months contract starting ASAP
£400 - £500 day rate - Umbrella
An exciting opportunity with a leading property business exists for a finance manager to drive business profitability. This individual will be responsible for accurate financial and management reporting as well as providing insights on both forecasted and accurate results.

The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Accurate reporting of forecast and actuals
- Analysis on business performance
- Act as business partner to non-finance teams to explain financial impacts
- Cash flow and cash forecasting
- Profit and loss
- Implementation and maintenance of financial controls
The successful candidate:
- ACA/CA/CIMA/ACCA
- People management experience
- Property/ Rent/ Lease accounting experience
- Advanced excel
