We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced M&A Manager to join our team. If you have a background in corporate finance, experience of leading M&A transactions and enjoy a fast-paced environment this maybe the role for you.

We are looking for a bright, personable, self-motivated individual for this role. You will be working within the Group Finance team and will have responsibility for leading critical aspects of multiple transactions, ranging from M&A strategy, to initial opportunity evaluation and deal execution.

This role offers the opportunity to develop your corporate finance knowledge further by working within a highly supportive and specialised team, who are committed to your career development.

You will be doing:
  • Preparing financial and economic analyses and valuation models required for evaluating and completing transactions.
  • Formulating appropriate transaction structures considering key considerations e.g., accounting and tax implications, management retention, financing.
  • Leading all diligence requirements for the transaction
  • Liaising with internal and external legal counsel to negotiate legal documentation and transaction terms - Coordinating the internal and external approval process.
  • Helping to prepare integration plans and liaising with the Integration Team to ensure a smooth hand-over of responsibilities at completion.

You need to bring with you:
  • ACA/ACCA/CFA qualified is highly desirable.
  • Degree qualified or equivalent.
  • Experience in corporate finance (due diligence, lead advisory), corporate development, investment banking or private equity.
  • Experience in the execution of transactions, particularly buyside processes.
  • Proven quantitative and analytical skills to develop corporate financial models and valuations with a deep understanding of financial statement analysis.
  • Project Management skills.
