Role: Digital and Finance Analyst
Salary: Circa £60’000 - £65’000
Location: Remote – 2 to 3 times a month in Birmingham
We are seeking a Digital and Finance Analyst that has a strong commercial skill set to support the Head of Digital. An individual that has a natural talent working with detail and numbers across ecommerce and retail. A great role if you would like to pursue your career in more an analytical digital role.
It is key you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Digital and Finance Analyst, Digital Analyst, Finance Analyst, Commercial Analyst within a business that trades / sells a product through B2C. Preferably retail. Have proven knowledge of how digital and retail can work together to develop the customer journey and deliver positive conversion rates through ecommerce. You will be an individual that has warmth, can create and deliver their work in a positive and confident manner. The Digital team are an outgoing and friendly bunch so it is really key you can fit into an already positive and fun culture. This retail business has recently seen a dramatic growth in their market share. The company has built up a phenomenal reputation in the UK, they are now looking to complement their existing teams by attracting the very best talent from the industry to help them continue their organic growth.

Digital and Finance Analyst - What do you need to be successful?
Ideally, you will have 2 years’ experience as a Digital Analyst, Finance Analyst, Commercial Analyst. Digital trading experience from retail. Exposure to building an analytic function and framework to enable senior stakeholders make strategic decisions. Exposure to digital sales, marketing performance, optimisation for informed decisions. Ability to provide insights to the senior team through trends, data and digital patterns and solutions. Motivated and driven by ROI, category performance and enjoys getting under the skin of the performance detail. 100% hands on approach. A positive outlook and enthusiasm. Confident with the ability to talk and support a diverse range of people across the retail network, head office and board.About us...
