Business growth has driven the need for a highly organised Management Accountant, to grow with the business and provide meaningful analysis and support to finance and senior management team. The business operates in multiple projects and as a Management Accountant, reporting into the Financial Controller, you will ensure the integrity of monthly accounting through to business partnering the operations management to drive profitability and performance. More specifically, your remit will include:

Producing monthly management accounts and financial reporting
Reporting the revenue analysis, monthly WIP reporting and other related project-based functions
Review of project performance on a historical and forecast basis
Ownership of multiple project profit and loss
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
Cash management and cashflow forecasting
Monitoring resource planning and its impact on project profitability
Producing commercial analysis and establishing performance metrics
The successful applicant will have management accounting and analysis experience and demonstrate a strong commercial awareness with excellent communication. Qualifications are not critical with experience being of greater value, provided you have a pro-active and analytical approach. Strong IT skills including a high degree of Microsoft Excel competence
