Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Account Manager to join their growing Digital Marketing Agency based near Sutton Valence, Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company where there is a friendly atmosphere and the ability to manage multiple client projects.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* At least 2 years recent experience working as an account manager within a marketing agency
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* A team player and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
* Proven experience working in Search Engine Optimisation activities
* Previous experience using paid search (LinkedIn and Google)
* A good working knowledge of Google Suite (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager)
The role entails:
* Upselling products and services to new and existing clients
* Managing all aspects of a varied portfolio of clients. Ensuring that all marketing activities successfully promote the client’s brand, products, and services
* Ensuring that all campaigns successfully increase brand awareness and lead generation
* Producing detailed analytical reports for clients and also presenting these reports to key stakeholders
* Building rapport with clients, ensuring that they are happy with services, taking more of a consultancy approach to account management
* Managing email marketing campaigns, including test sending and thorough report analysis post broadcast
* Liaise, communicate, and negotiate with external suppliers to deliver projects according to detailed briefs
* Strategizing and implementing search engine optimisation activities, including the development of content marketing briefs, link building, technical and on-page SEO to deliver organic growth and protect page rank
* Ensuring that all agreed content strategies are implemented on client’s portals including websites, blogs, and email marketing campaigns
Salary and benefits:
* The salary for this position is between £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience
* There is free parking available
* Our client offers a hybrid working pattern (3 days in the office, 2 days at home)
* This is a Full-Time permanent position
* 20 days annual leave + public holidays + an extra day off for birthdays
* A relaxed dress code (unless clients are present)
* Early finish on Fridays (16:30pm)
