A well known UK Headquartered multinational Real Estate Group is recruiting for a Senior Manager to join their tax team to have oversight over direct tax. The role reports into the Director of Tax and will have ownership over Corporate Tax. The initial focus will be on compliance management although there is scope for promotion, have direct reports, and to become more involved on the advisory side
Key responsibilities include:
The role has genuine scope to grow and develop as you gain experience which isn't always possible in in-house teams. The team itself is growing and developing, and this is an exciting time to take on a senior role and be a part of this journey. You will have strong UK tax compliance experience, preferably with Real Estate experience. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate leadership qualities, be a self-starter and able to forge relationships across the business. This is a unique proposition and would suit someone coming straight from the profession, as well in industry.

Key responsibilities include:
- Manage the Corporate Tax compliance process to ensure timely submission of all returns
- Manage and review transfer pricing calculations for the returns
- Support on ad-hoc transactions and advisory projects
- Prepare and review schedules for quarterly reporting to shareholders e.g. capital allowances and losses, and ongoing tax risks.
