Sounds like you? Then we have the right opportunity - we are looking for two Finance Apprentices in our Winnersh Office. You'll embark on a 2 year Apprentice program to achieve the Professional Accounting Apprenticeship L3 qualification.

How you'll make your mark..

Providing finance support in areas of Daily Order monitoring, timely Month End Close activities, P&L management (variance analysis vs Forecast and Budget), supporting Forecasting, margin analysis and/or recovery plans, Revenue assessments, Budget planning, trend analysis,
Creating, providing and developing reporting packs for senior executives that track change within the business and assist in crucial decision making processes.
Presenting and clearly communicating important strategic and financial information on a weekly basis using a variety of mediums.
Developing analytics (eg pricing, margin, cost, competitor) to provide insights to support business decision making.

Gaining exposure to a business finance analyst role and multiple teams in a global tech company whilst working towards your Professional Accounting Apprenticeship L3 qualification.

If you are...
Willing to want to grow & develop with Hewlett Packard Enterprise
Analytical and organised in your approach and enjoy working with large quantities of data
Familiarity with MS Office (particularly excel) and willingness to learn / use other tools / applications such as Power BI, SAP
A stong communicator who is able to clearly present their findings
Able to work independantly and within time restraints

Background:
3 Alevels/BTEC equivalent + minimum 5 GCSEs including English and Maths.
Ability to demonstrate some work experience or participation in meaningful extra-curricular activities.
