A highly acquisitive private healthcare organisation based in Victoria is seeking an ambitious ACA qualified candidate to lead their finance team. This Head of Finance role will involve extensive business partnering with senior stakeholders to drive profitability. The company currently have 15 sites across the UK and are looking to cross into Europe next year. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an entrepreneurial business with international opportunities. The successful candidate will be ACA qualified with some industry experience.

Key

Responsibilities:

• Leading and developing a small finance team
• Setting company budgets and offering detailed forecasts
• Business partnering with senior stakeholders to develop commercial strategy
• Offering analysis on potential investors and seeking new business development opportunities
• Oversight of the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting compiled by the finance team
• Leading on internal audit and tax compliance

Desired Skills and Experience

• Must be fully ACA qualified
• Highly motivated and pro-active self starter
• Prior healthcare or health services experience is essential
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
• Previous experience of managing and developing staff
• Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and meet strict deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent Excel skills
