Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days at home

In this role you will be reporting directly to the Managing Director and taking an important role within the business. You will be responsible for developing a strong and stable finance function, taking control of finance operational processes to ensure they run smoothly and overseeing financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong interpersonal skills, external audit experience and be able to explain complex accountancy practices to non-financial stakeholders.

The Role:

Create, approve, and pay company invoices
Manage bank account operations for all company accounts
Manage and optimise cashflow
Handle monthly payroll
Manage tax and VAT reports
Provide analysis and financial reports
The Person:

Qualified accountant with broad accounting skills
5 years of external audit experience
Strong experience of the production and reporting of financial accounts, putting the necessary processes and controls in place
Working in, or having clients in a fast paced, complex environment
