Salary:
Upto £28,000 PA

The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to progress their career working within a busy and friendly team, and to play a substantial role in practice development activities.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will be a Commercial Paralegal for this role with good technical knowledge and experience in all Property matters.
Particular experience in fully understanding the Conveyancing process and transactional related matters will benefit the successful candidate.
The Paralegal position requires an individual with the ability to handle a variety of different tasks in a thriving Property team.

Some of these tasks include:

Dealing with leases, licences, deeds of covenant
Running a caseload
Working as part of a larger team and handling all aspects of the Conveyancing transaction
Maintaining close contact throughout the process with clients.
