Account Manager (Energy Sector) - Remote Working
Company Profile:
Our client is an expanding and successful energy consultancy, working with nation-wide corporate, industrial and commercial clients. Consultancy services include gas, electric and water contract negotiation, contract management, energy reporting, billing validation and invoice recharging.
Role Purpose:
Responsible for developing new and nurturing existing client relationships by working to design and maintain client energy management and procurement strategies while managing day to day requirements of clients as they arise.
Key responsibilities include:
* Set up new portfolios and sites
* Organise site surveys for meter identification
* Organise Electric and Gas supply contract tendering
* Meter Operator (MOP) contract tendering
* Manage disconnection notices (delegating data issues)
* Manage transfer objections (delegating data issues)
* Organise the installation of new energy supplies including ground works and metering
* Monthly KPI reporting (per client)
* Cost Analysis
* Consumption alerts and profiling
* Usage analysis
Skills, know-how and experience required:
* Experience in working in the energy industry
* Account management experience
* Leadership experience
* Exposure to working with corporate clients
* Problem solving
* Time management
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Strong numeracy
Remuneration & Benefits:
* Competitive salary
* 40 hour working week – Monday to Friday
* 20 days holiday (incremental annual increase of one day per year up to 25 days)
