Reed Accountancy & Finance are working in partnership with a successful specialist training provider who are based in Basildon, Essex.

They are looking for a Junior Accounts Assistant to join their friendly team in an environment which will be fast-paced and demanding from day one, giving you plenty of opportunities to learn and develop within an accounts environment.



Location:
Basildon (hybrid working)

Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday



Salary:
Up to £20,000 per annum starting salary

Your role will include:

• Assisting with contractors’ payroll and making statutory deductions.
• Providing monthly payslips and P60 submissions for contractors.
• Liaising with contractors and businesses to resolve any queries.
• Ensuring accurate entry to ledgers and reconciling control accounts.
• Accurate data entry and keeping documentation up to date.
