Payroll & Pension Advisor
A Big 4 Consultancy is seeking an experienced Payroll & Pension Advisor on a contract basis to work remotely but also in the Belfast office 1-2 times per week.
Our client are setting up a brand new operational business unit, this business unit will need its own infrastructure and will need to build a finance function, operational BAU team and IT support. This will be a greenfield project and will need individuals to come and help shape and define the running of the business unit from top to bottom.
The Payroll & Pension Advisor must have the following experience/skills:
1. Background in Finance functions
2. Understands PAYE model and dealing with HMRC
3. Understands technical detail / finer details of finance i.e. different tax codes, pension contributions etc
4. Have worked in either Financial Services/Umbrella or Employment Companies/Professional Services/Consulting
