This global manufacturing business in Manchester has an excellent ethical outlook and is a key operator in the Life Sciences sector. Currently on a big recruitment drive they're looking to bring on board someone who can help further build out and lead, an already high performing finance team.

Your new role

Supporting the Group Finance Director and senior management team, the position requires the ability to provide financial insights to enable effective and timely decisions that improve business performance and competitiveness. In your role you will provide business partnering support to management and work closely with the operational teams to provide useful MI and performance metrics to help deliver strategic initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a sound technical accounting understanding from completing your ACA, ACCA or CIMA accounting qualification. Ideally you will have in house experience working for a company in the manufacturing space, and a grasp of global markets and operations. Being able to demonstrate the value of commercial finance initiatives you've worked on will be key, and you'll be a natural team leader and be able to communicate financial information to a variety of stakeholders.
