Morgan Philips Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a key client in Glasgow, supporting their search for a Finance Analyst to join their established finance function. This is a 12 month FTC where you will be joining this client at an exciting period of growth and change for the business.
Although this is currently a 12 month FTC, there is a wider finance function with endless opportunities therefore strong chance of this role becoming permanent. This client offers hybrid working of 3/2 days office based.
This role will require great attention to detail when liaising regularly with key stakeholders.
- Manage debt within KPIs including bad debt provisions - Contribute to calls with AR and Senior Managers to understand debt position - Assist with quarterly P&L forecasts - Assist with annual budgets - Assist with 5 year forecasts - Set up P&L models for accrued income, deferred income and P&L variance analysis - Complete period end accrued and deferred income accruals - Period reporting of financials
Skills & Experience: - Degree educated preferred with previous experience working in finance - Excellent organiser, good numeracy and literacy skills - Property experience beneficial - Strong IT skills including Excel - Team player - Excellent communicator
