Do you want to join one of the UK's leading insurance firms? RPC is looking for a candidate to join their team as their new Credit Control Apprentice. This role is a key role within the Credit Control team as it requires an organised individual to maintain and deliver their workload on a timely basis, adhering to deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy.

Duration | 12 months
A typical day
- -Bill dispatch-
- Collation of details necessary for finance central dispatch & e-billing
- Updating and maintenance of systems
- Prepare & send bills in line with agreed procedure
- Maintain necessary log & tracking of invoices
- Liaise effectively with colleagues across all Offices to ensure a seamless service is provide to internal & external clients
- -Credit Control-
- Identify and develop key client contacts necessary to secure recovery
- Undertake reviews and follow up chasing of outstanding debts
- Liaise with Partners / client leads and advise of any issues, developing strategies to resolve where appropriate
- Identify debts and ensure compliance with escalation policy
- Contribute to internal review of policies
- -Insurance Collections:
- You may be asked to assist with the firms insurance groups, this will require:
- Ensuring all relevant details are provided for third party collection processes
- Liaise with service providers, claims handlers and others on collections
- GCSE English & Maths 4-9 (C-A*) or equivalent
- Ability to work in a team, proactively assisting colleagues in their roles as
well as completing own tasks
