Halliday Marx have partnered with a growing Property Organisation to recruit a Consolidation Manager on a Temp to Perm basis. Situated in their West London offices, this role will allow flexible working for the successful candidate.

Responsible for Quarterly Financial Reporting for the UK operations, your key duties will include;

• Production of Quarterly UK Group Reporting
• Produce quarterly overheads for the UK entities including balance sheet reviews
• Accounting for acquisitions, disposals and corporate transactions
• Manage the relationships with the auditors and half year and year end including all planning and communication
• Manage cashflow forecasts including 5 year forecasts
• Continuous improvement or reporting, outputs and processes
• Management of 4 direct reports

The Successful Candidate;

• Must be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent)
• Previous experience preparing and delivering group consolidations within a commercial environment
• Strong Excel skills
• Exceptional communicator - must be able to build relationships on a local and global scale
• Technical knowledge and experience preparing UK Statutory Accounts
• Experience with SAP would be high advantageous
