RECfinancial is supporting a Leicester based manufacturing business in their search for a new Management Accountant.

The business is well established, profitable and has a focus on sustainability and the environment. The role will be based at the firm's site which is commutable from areas of Leicester / Leicestershire, Nottingham, Derbyshire and Coventry / Warwickshire.

Reporting to the Site Financial Controller, this Management Accountant role will touch all areas of the finance function including leading the monthly management accounting, working with the business to review monthly P&l's, supporting the business to make well informed decisions a robust financial analysis, working with the business to understand cost drivers and variance, supporting the leadership team with MI, assisting with year end, budgets / forecasting and controlling the balance sheet.

The role will manage, lead and coach one member of staff.

The role would suit a candidate who has experience of both Management and Financial Accounting and also has a passion for working with the business to drive financial results in a commercial / business partnering capacity.

The business is keen to see candidates who are either qualified in either the CIMA or ACCA qualification.

The role has a salary range of between £45,000 and £50,000 plus benefits including private health insurance and a bonus of upto 15%.
