Accounts Administrator- Ballymena- Maternity Contract-£25,000 per annum

Reed Recruitment is delighted to be working with a very well-known organisation based in the Ballymena Area. Our client has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis to cover a period of maternity.

Working within a beautiful setting, and within an established and supportive team, the successful applicant will be responsible for completing the following daily duties:

• Assisting with Collection VAT returns• Assisting Accounts Payable with maintaining our procurement system across the Collection, including payments and reconciliations• Providing holiday cover for sales invoicing across the Collection• Posting nominal links and holiday accruals across the Collection• Collection credit card analysis• Assisting with routine reconciliations• Ad hoc duties associated with a busy accounts department

The Person:

• Will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role• Will have excellent attention to detail• Process strong communication skills

Hours of work

• Monday- Friday 9am-5pm, office based
