The Company
This well established, large services business has grown from strength to strength over the last 5 years and has seen consistent year on year expansion. Operating throughout Australia, they have further growth plans and now require an experienced Finance Manager to run their month end reporting and analysis team, supporting the Group Finance Controller in the day to day activities.

The Role
Reporting into the Group FC, your key responsibilities will include:
Lead and manage a small accounting team Management reporting & analysis
Oversee the transactional reporting team
Maintain and ensure integrity of the ERP systems / Power BI
Liaise with other divisional finance heads across the business.

About You
To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate the following:
CA/CPA qualified with experience in leading a small team
Demonstrated experience streamlining process and procedures
Ability to work both at a 'hands-on' level
Broad accounting skills across management and financial reporting
Ability to communicate at all levels from on the shop floor to executive team
