Project managing the final implementation stages of SuccessFactors (EC/ECP) & Kronos. Then transitioning into a BAU Payroll Management role.
The Organisation

Our client is a global business located on St Kilda Road (2 days required in the office and 3 days from home). They are currently going through an exciting growth phase, firmly establishing themselves as an employer of choice. The Role

The initial phase of the role will be working on a key go live project (SuccessFactors EC/ECP & Kronos Implementation). These tasks include:
  • Parallel testing comparison and reconciliation
  • Data analysis and cleansing data for go live
  • Business process development and implementation
  • Education and support on SuccessFactors to the payroll team in readiness for go live
  • Cutover over process preparation for staggered go live with 4 rollouts
  • Managing payroll processing for the 4 pilot Sites
  • Go live support to the payroll team
  • Managing payroll queries and process during cut over /go live
  • Triaging and bringing payroll queries /issues to resolution with project team
Post Go-Live, the role will transition into a Payroll Manager role, where reporting into the GM of Payroll, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading and mentoring a team of eight talented Payroll Officers
  • Managing end-to-end payroll of 5000 staff
  • Month/year end closing
  • Implementing payroll projects
  • Identifying process improvements
  • Ensuring compliance with payroll related legislation
  • Upholding high customer service standards and protocols across the business
  • Partnering and developing strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders

Candidate Profile

You will have extensive experience in a hands-on payroll management along with the following attributes:
  • Project and implementation experience using SucessFactors (EC & ECP) experience is essential
  • Knowledge of multiple awards/EBAs
  • High level problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel
