A HR Administration and Payroll Manager is required for a multi-site, growing distribution business. You will be responsible for overseeing payroll and administration duties relating to employment and staff training. You will work on the HR System and work on developing the processes and functions linked to the system.
This role will suit an individual with strong payroll and administration experience. Managerial experience would be advantageous.
Package:
Salary up to £40,000 dependant on experience.
Hybrid working
33 days holiday including bank holidays.

Payroll & HR Administration Manager / Payroll Manager HR Admin /Payroll & HR Administration Manager:
- Ensure payroll is prepared accurately each month for the payroll bureau.
- Deal with any permanent and temporary adjustments to pay.
- Completion of mandatory reporting and monthly ONS reports.
- Manage payroll queries and the distribution of payroll documentation
- Take ownership of the HR Software and be the expert when it comes to developing the system.
- Complete Pre-Employment checks.
- Pension scheme administration.
- Responsibility for the preparation of new starters, issuing relevant documentation and preparing contracts.
- Work on the HR system, setting up new employees and ensuring all required tasks are complete.
- Ensure employee files are maintained.
- Commutable from East Grinstead / Crawley/Haywards Heath / Horley / Uckfield / Royal Tunbridge Wells.
Payroll & HR Administration Manager / Payroll Manager HR Admin /Payroll & HR Administration Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar HR & Payroll position is essential.
- Experience working on and improving a HR system will be highly beneficial.
- Good Excel skills.
- Commutable from East Grinstead / Crawley/Haywards Heath / Horley / Uckfield / Royal Tunbridge Wells.
