Reporting to the Accounts Payable Administration Team Leader, as Accounts Payable Administration Assistant will be part of a team that ensures the accurate and timely processing of high volumes of supplier invoices and the maintenance of the supplier master file.

What will you do in the role?

• You will be play a key role in an Accounts Payable team responsible for the invoice processing and data management for Jet2plc, Jet2.com & Jet2Holidays
• Uploading documents into the OCR system and ensuring all data captured is accurate
• Processing high volumes of documents accurately and efficiently
• Invoice processing in multiple systems
• Creating and maintaining supplier accounts and associated details, following all control procedures
• Performing a daily review of potential duplicate transactions and creating any necessary adjustments
• Dealing with and resolving invoice processing queries
• Maintaining stakeholder relationships internally and externally in line with the company ethos of GDF (Great Deal Friendlier)

What are the key skills / experience you'll already have?

• Proven administration experience preferably in a high volume Accounts Payable Team.
• You will have a strong team work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proactive and able to work under tight timescales
