Role: Credit Controller (Part time) 3 days a week
Salary:
£22,000 Pro rata
Location:
Rotherham
We are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to manage all aspects of credit control tasks and duties in accordance and in line with the Businesses policies and procedures and meet KPI’s as set by the management. Within this role you will be an integral member of a small team.
About you:
* Seeking an individual with ideally 5 years’ experience exposure to credit control
* Have the ability to work as part of a team
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Good IT Skills
The role:
Working as part of the accounts team as a Credit Controller Clerk your responsibilities will include:
* Credit control for Installation and Service departments over the 5 branches
* Liaising with corporate clients, providing reconciled statements of account
* Dealing with 30-day ages debt
* Liaise with project managers, service departments and the sales team
* Ledger Accounts
* Cash book maintenance
* Investigating and resolving invoice queries
* Working on other customers portals
* Helping with purchase ledger during busy periods
