The ONE Group are thrilled to be partnering with an established, yet growing business based in the heart of Peterborough, who are looking to appoint an experienced Accounts Payable Manager. This role will see you leading and developing a team of 6.To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, whilst looking into the businesses current processes and identifying areas in which these could be improved, whilst also positively challenging ethos.Your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Oversight and development of the team, supporting continuous development of skill sets and knowledge
• Ensuring continuous improvement of processes and systems, utilising all technology and high-level understanding of core accounts payable principles
• Involvement with annual internal and external audits
• Producing monthly reports to senior management
• Control and monitor the end to end accounts payable processes
• Comply with all month end procedures
• Support any other ad-hoc activities and projects relating to finance as requested

This role is office based 5 days a week.
