An international engineering organisation based on the outskirts of Southampton are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their team, as they continue to increase market share within the sector.

This is a great opportunity to develop already strong project accounting and business partnering skills in a business renowned locally for their internal progression program and flexible working pattern, including flexi-time and weekly home working.

Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering, you'll preparebudgets and forecasts as well as analyse management reporting to help understand business performance.This role will also work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver improved financial understanding of key business drivers, helping to shape commercial business decisions.
