Sewell Wallis Recruitment is currently working alongside an excellent property company based just North West of Leeds.
They are looking for an accounts assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis. To be considered, you should be someone who can work autonomously, but also as part of team. They are looking for someone who can use their initiative and is always keen to further their knowledge. You should have previous experience working on the Purchase Ledger, the Sales Ledger and should be keen to help out in other areas when necessary.
Ideally, you will be someone who is able to muck in and help others to ensure the smooth running of the finance department.

Duties will include:
- Logging incoming payments
- Issuing invoices
- Processing client statements
- Making outbound payments to clients and contractors
- Inputting data and maintaining the database
- Daily reconciliation of bank accounts
- Ad hoc administrative duties
You will:
- Have experience in a similar role
- Have great attention to detail
- Be able to prioritise a busy workload
- Be confident on both AP and AR
- Be determined and a team player
