The main duties include:

• Assisting the Financial Controller with production of Monthly Management Accounts
• Prepare Accruals & Prepayment Journals
• Prepare stock adjustment journals
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Bank Reconciliations
• VAT Return
• Preparation and Monitoring of Weekly Forecasting
• Oversee and cover day to day Cash, Banking and Sales reconciliations
• Sales & purchase ledger support
• Petty cash control

Our client is looking for a candidate who:

• Has management accounts experience
• Is AAT qualified, or currently studying CIMA or ACCA, or qualified by experience
• Has good Excel skills
• Has experience of dealing with a high volume of transactions
