International Agricultural Producer and exporter is offering a career opportunity to a skilled Cost and Management Accountant, who will join their team at their production estates based in Tzaneen. The incumbent will be responsible for the proactive cost accounting and financial administration services to the Nursery, and later will take on more responsibilities relating to finance across the Company's various divisions.

This position's key focus will be to ensure that the cost of products are accurate and include all relevant costs of production, and that the resultant cost of sales and closing inventories are accurate and complete. The incumbent will be responsible for reporting and alert management should variances between budget/standards and actual costs occur.

KPA's will include;

• Budgets, forecasts and variance analysis
• Actual vs Budget Reporting
• BOMS
• High level Cost accounting
• Management of overheads
• Financial planning and control
• Stock/inventory Management

• Degree or post graduate qualification in Cost\Management accounting
• CIMA or studying towards
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment with costing, finances and inventory
• Advanced Excel, Microsoft D365 or other ERP software experience is required

• Internal controls relevant to inventory
• Management & standard Cost accounting principles
• Stock Management process steps
