Reporting to the Financial Manager, the Cost and Management Accountant will be responsible for contributing to making the Organization a thriving agricultural business by providing high level, proactive cost accounting and financial administration services to Operational Management. This will entail financial planning, reporting and controlling costs and income. The incumbent will be responsible for reporting and alert management should variances between budget/standards and actual costs occur.

• Actual vs Budget Reporting
• BOMS
• High level Cost accounting
• Management of overheads
• Financial planning and control
• Stock/inventory Management

• B Com or Post Graduate qualification in Cost\Management accounting. CIMA would be advantageous
• Minimum 5 years' experience of working in a manufacturing environment with costing, financial planning and inventory
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle Knowledge
• International Financial Reporting Standards
• Financial planning which includes 5 year planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Internal controls relevant to inventory
• Management & Cost accounting principles (Including standard costing)
• Understand stock management process steps
• Advanced level Excel
• Microsoft D365 or similar ERP System eg SAP
