Thera trust is currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join our Finance team.
About The Role Be wholly accountable to the Senior Management Accountant. Deliver a comprehensive budgetary management, finance and business support service to relevant subsidiaries within the Thera Group, including comprehensive contract costing and income billing and collection. In line with Theras strategic direction, work with Directors and Senior Managers to plan for, stimulate, create and deliver on new developments within the relevant subsidiaries Monitor and advise Directors and Senior Managers on the financial performance of the relevant subsidiaries. To work alongside subsidiary management teams in any review or investigation into financial management of the subsidiary.This role is a truly great opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skill set and the vision for this role is one of progression. Your Skills and Experience
  • Must be a qualified Accountant or AAT part qualified CIMA or ACCA
  • Be confident working under pressure
  • Experienced working collaboratively with senior stakeholders and operational staff
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to interpret complex written and numerical information and summarise in a way that is easily accessible
Experienced working with statutory accounts, external audits and group reporting
