A prestigious Real Estate business based in the West End, with over 50 years experience investing in UK commercial and residential property. The organisation are currently hiring for a Financial Accountant to join their friendly and supportive finance team.

Your new role
This is a varied role encompassing a range or responsibilities, your role will include all accounting and reporting for a number of UK based companies, preparing quarterly and annual management accounts including group consolidations, preparing statutory accounts, taking a lead on audits and communicating with auditors as well as VAT filings for various groups. You will also be responsible for the mentoring and leadership of one junior finance professional.

What you'll need to succeed
This role is part of a busy team where you will be required to work directly with senior stakeholders, you will have strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships. Experience working in a property or real estate company would be advantageous. You will be experienced with year end accounts preparation and as well as group consolidations.
