A unique opportunity to join our Fixed Income and Currencies, Fund Finance Account Management team in Sydney.

In this role you will be working with a global team of 25 people split across Sydney, NY, and London.

This is a support role, sitting alongside Fund Finance's Structuring, Origination and Legal teams.

In this role you will look after a variety of tasks including:

• Lifecycle and deal management
• Data reporting
• Loan book and market risk management
• Speaking with clients about operational matters

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Dealing with various internal stakeholders, including:
  
• Market Operations Division, including Treasury
  
• Client Lifecycle Management
  
• Capital & Liquidity Management
  
• Risk Management Group and Credit
  
• FIC Central
  
• External clients
  
• Front office team
  
• Identifying gaps in controls and opportunities to improve risk framework
  
• Balancing complex projects while consistently completely BAU tasks
  
• Understanding and interpreting complex legal documentation
  
• Accurately settling payments and receipts via booking systems
  
• Problem solving and improving processes
  
• High volume workflow management
  
• Reconciliations
  

Ideally, you will have the following:

• Strong communication skills and an ability to develop and maintain close working relationships
• Strong numeracy and an analytical mind
• Advanced MS Excel skills and report writing skills
• Highly articulate and organised with strong attention to detail
• The ability to handle a fast-paced working environment
• Strong risk management approach

Ideally, you will enjoy a fast-paced business and adapt easily to change and other market-related drivers. Your can-do attitude, coupled with excellent problem solving and communication skills will be valuable to the team.
