The Role The role of Accounts Assistant will report to the Finance Manager and be in at team of 4-5 in finance. Your key responsibilities will include:
End to end accounts payable, from entering invoices to payment runs and reconcilations Assist with preparation of Customer invoices Accounts receivable - allocating payments on receipt of funds Preparing estimates of charges & working with the operations team Bank reconciliations Handling queries Supporting the wider finance team with any ad-hoc duties Preparing activity analysis for board packs
Your Profile We are looking for a candidate who has demonstrated sound experience in the Accounts assistant space. You will have a hybrid of skills across AP, AR & banking. You must have
Strong attention to detail.
A level of maturity and empathy to deal with people Great verbal & written communication skills An ability to take ownership.
