Finance Manager for a global developer


Your new company
You will be working for a large developer with a fantastic global reputation. The business is one of the largest global developer companies in the world and is looking for a Finance Manager to join the rapidly growing finance function.

Your new role
You will be actively managing and delivering statutory reporting and accounting for the companies multiple entities. Moreover, you will be managing 2 direct reports, as well as consolidating accounts in accordance to reporting standards.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/CA) who has experience with IFRS/FRS102. Although prior real estate experience is not necessary, you should have strong reporting skills as well as experience in managing relationships with individuals at all seniority levels.
