The Job
- Take complete ownership with a clear understanding of CAD (Customer Accounting Division) related activities and processes.
- Manage Transaction Posting activities relating to direct deposits, failed payments, updating deactivated accounts, processing standing instructions.
- Process waivers, cheque returns, staff deductions, e-channelling, payment cancellations & reversals.
- Update key reconciliations and dashboards such as Daily Payment dashboard,SMAP dashboard, waiver dashboard, Local Call Deposits (LCD) collections outstanding dashboard, bill payments Vs source documents reconciliation, etc.
- Manage CAD day-to-day queries (Service Requests - SR & First Time Recharge - FTR) using Airtel applications.
- Coordinate and handle all customer payment touch points' related work such as Banks, Modern Trades, General Trade, Airtel Stores and Brand Shops.
- Closely monitor and manage Airtel and outsourced staff performing CAD activities.
- Ensure CAD processes are well managed and adequate measures are taken to ensure that there are no non-compliance breaches.
The Person
- Degree in Accounting and Finance/ Business Management or Fully/Partly qualified in CIMA .
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in Telecommunications industry would be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with cross functional teams.
