Your new company
A fast-growing Real Estate business with offices located in Mayfair, specialising in property development and investment. Your new company has a growing finance department and the role of Financial Controller has become available to manage and lead a successful team.

Your new role
A varied and broad role offering the right individual a chance to shape the finance team and department. Your role will include but not be limited to:

• Monthly management reporting for assets
• Reporting on cash financing and exit strategies
• Providing reports for lenders and investors
• Leading all forecasting and planning activities
• Automating reporting and implementing new systems and processes
• Review project portfolio profitability
• Ensure all reporting deadlines are met
• Develop and manage a successful finance team
  
  What you'll need to succeed
  This role is a broad position which will involve working closely with senior leaders in the business. You will be a Qualified Accountant with an ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification, team management and experience working in Real Estate would be advantageous. You will enjoy working on projects to improve and transform the department and ensure profitability across the business, commercial awareness and the ability to challenge and redefine processes would suit this role well.
