This is a very exciting role for a highly organised and efficient payroll and finance candidate! Your new role will see you ensuring the smooth delivery of the payroll function to sites across this diverse and fast paced group of companies, and providing experienced accounting support to the Financial Controller and other teams across the business.

• Your duties will include the following;
• Collate and prepare payroll information using SAGE
• Preparation and submission of P11D's.
• Liaison with HMRC, benefit and pension providers.
• Payslip management
• Month end requirements including payroll journals, HMRC reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation of management information and analysis as required
• Processing business expenses and reconciling business credit card statements.
• Providing support for supplier payments
• Sales Ledger management support inclusive of customer management.
• Banking support - including administration on core banking facilities.

This role will present the opportunity for you to contribute to some of the projects relating to improvements and streamlining that are currently in the planning stages. T&A system implementations and development of the payroll process is in the initial planning stages. You will support the management team in relation to this by projecting your your willingness to embrace change; you will be a beacon of positivity in the workplace!

The business uses Sage 200, so experience with this application would be very valuable...... but what will be essential is you capability with Payroll..... you must be really confident to provide end to end Payroll services for a 100+ workforce.... both Monthly and weekly. This is not an entry level role.
