Function: Finance

Location: Dunstable, we have a fantastic hybrid working environment, you’ll need to be in the office at least 2 days per week but the rest of your week can be flexible to what works best for you and your role

Package: Starting salary of £30,000 with incremental increases, 10% bonus, healthcare and pension

Inside the role:

Our Graduate programme will take your passion for people, and help you transform it into exceptional finance expertise and commercial understanding.  You’ll be working in a business-critical role from day one, in our Dunstable based Support Centre under a hybrid working arrangement and will be instrumental in providing analysis that will inform and influence our strategic management decisions.

Our rotations are what make our fast-paced graduate scheme so special; ensuring that you acquire a breadth of experience, as well as a depth of knowledge. Alongside this we will support your professional development by sponsoring your study towards a professional accounting qualification, whilst also giving you time to grow and develop personally through continuous mentoring, peer to peer support and leadership training. 

You’ll be part of a wider graduate cohort, supporting each other and building working relationships as you navigate the start of your career. Alongside this, the dedicated early careers team will ensure that you are individually getting the support and experience that you need to become the best version of you.
