We are looking for your Accounts Receivable skills and eagerness to diversify your Accounts Receivable experience. Our client is an Australian owned master franchisee company offering a dynamic work environment and duties well beyond traditional Accounts Receivable. You will enjoy set tasks and duties and professional training to reach your full potential as an integral member of a fast-paced team. You will report to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader and have the opportunity to join an internationally recognised business that is a leader in their industry.

The Role

The responsibilities of the successful Accounts Receivable Officer will include:

• Process Franchise billing & associated journals
• Respond to queries from Franchisees, internal & external parties
• Refund customer payments using payment portals
• Bank Reconciliations
• Monitoring and maintaining customer information
• Receipting and allocation of payments
• Inputting and processing journal entries
• Assisting with month end close
• Balance sheet Reconciliations
• Miscellaneous tasks as per checklist

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in an accounts officer or A/R role spanning at least 12 months.
• Intermediate skills in MS Excel.
• Qualifications in accounting or other similar discipline highly regarded but not essential.
• Strong communication skills to maintain positive working supplier relationships.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills.
