My client is a dynamic, community-based organization who prides themselves on being trailblazers in their industry. With a strong emphasis on well-being the culture of the business could not be stronger. Due to organizational changes, they are looking for a technically strong, commercially minded Financial Accountant to own the reporting for one of their entities.

The Role

As the Financial Accountant, you will report directly to an impressive CFO. You will take ownership reporting on a key division of the business. You will be responsible for the following:

• Month end close
• Bank reconciliations
• Project costing reports - understanding project costs as it affects the overall P&L
• Ownership of Year End reporting and the audit for this particular business unit
• Cashflow reporting
• Assistant the CFO with the annual budgets
• Ad-hoc reporting

Your profile:

To be suitable for the opportunity you should be a technically strong Financial Accountant who has had exposure to project costing. You will have the ability to hit the ground running and work with multiple stakeholders.
