Incorporated into the Payment Strategy Office in the Digital Client Experience Department, the main objective of Business Payment Manager will be to ensure and maintain frictionless Payment Customer Journey, driving projects and initiatives around payments, and ensure high transaction approval rate.
The successful candidate needs to have a proven record of driving complex cross function initiatives, have excellent analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Moreover, candidate needs to have excellent communication and negotiation skills and proven track record of successful stakeholder management

Your responsibilities
- Managing Payment Customer Journey (including wallets, Android Pay, Google Pay, Pay by link, BLIK, card payments) and ensure frictionless process and high approval rate of transactions, while ensuring high control and risk environment.
- Coordination of regulatory projects implementation including PSD2, VISA, Mastercard, etc.
- Vendor Management and Business Application Ownership.
- Coordination of issue resolution with Vendors
- Driving business projects and initiatives connected payment process improvement.
- Monitor card systems and authentication tools.
- Responsible for identifying and researching anomalous performance and operational risks.
- Responsible for communication related to payment environment both for internal and external clients.
- Participate in external and internal audits, manage to resolve reveal problems on time.
Our requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital or payment related roles.
- Solid background and track record in managing complex and innovative projects/initiatives.
- Sharp; think on your feet, quickly come up with innovative solutions and always one step ahead.
- Business maturity allowing to effectively manage and influence stakeholders
- Obsession for digital products and payments.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluent Polish and English.
