Due to strong and continued growth over the past few years we now have an exciting position available for an Assistant Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our Finance Team and grow with in our business - Is it time to realise your potential?

The Role

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Bank and credit card reconciliation
• Invoice and bill processing
• Accounts receivable / payable functions
• Payroll processing
• Superannuation
• IAS, BAS and Payroll Tax preparation and lodgement
• Adhoc general ledger reconciliations
• Journal processing
• Assist with EOM reporting
• Assist with budgets

Skills and Experience

• Completed accounting degree or diploma
• In-depth understanding of Xero accounting software
• Minimum of 1-2 Years experience in a similar role
• Proficient in Excel
