Interim Head of Commercial Finance

Your new company
A fast paced national property business based in Manchester are seeking an experienced Interim Head of Commercial Finance to support them on highly critical projects. They have seen outstanding growth over recent years as a group, organically and through multiple acquisitions.

Your new role
As Interim Head of Commercial Finance, you will take ownership for the collation, production and issuing of commercial management information, whilst providing relevant profile data around potential acquisitions, sales of buildings and reports for lenders and investors. Additionally,, you will have full responsibility of daily, weekly and monthly cash flow forecasting, which will be presented and used in senior decision-making processes and assist with internal forecasts and budgets. There will be multiple adhoc projects throughout the assignment, such as, sourcing, securing and documenting of new loan agreements for the group's development projects.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified (QBE will also be considered) with previous experience of working within a fast-paced growing organisation. You will have excellent communication and business partnering skills, as well as showing strengths in project planning. The client will show a preference towards candidates who have property/construction and/or M&A experience, this is preferable but not essential.
