Payroll Specialist, EMEA for the *creative industry*

Your new company
To ensure the end-to-end payroll for all employees across our European entities is in place and completed on time monthly, including advice, tax, liaison with our local providers, payroll documentation, filing, end of year and being the proficient contact for all payroll queries across Europe. You will be part of our European Finance Team, based in London.

Your new role

• End to end process for the payroll of all employees across all European entities on a monthly basis
• Liaising with P&C and Finance for new starters and changes to employees
• Providing new starter documentation to outsourced payroll providers
• Organising setup of new starters and administration of existing employees on the UK payroll portal
• Implementing changes at the next available payroll
• Drafting payroll for all employees across all European entities and submission to outsourced payroll providers for tax calculations
• Providing clear month by month analysis on payroll changes
• Providing pay and tax advice

• Reviewing returns from outsourced payroll providers and updating any changes as required
• Submitting final payroll information to Finance for bank payments and creation of month end journals
• Processing all leavers including end of employment paperwork
• Annual review of pension provider to ensure remains fit for purpose
• Creating strong relationships with outsourced payroll providers to resolve issues in a timely manner
• Building internal relationship with P&C and Finance
• Lead any future changes to the payroll process such as consolidation of outsourced payroll providers
• Leading the P11D process for the UK and respective requirements for other European entities
