Our Finance Graduate scheme aims to introduce talented graduates to our operations, learn how we work,

provide fresh insights and perspectives; to progress into management roles in the longer term and become

the next generation of our future leaders. As a Finance Graduate you will be joining one of British business's most compelling success stories of the past 20 years.

2 Sisters Food Group is one of the UK’s largest food manufacturers, with an annual turnover of £3billion+.

More than 13,500 colleagues drawn from 36 nationalities help to make a mind-boggling array of some of the

finest food in Britain - from poultry to pizza, from ready meals to ranges of soup. We started from very

About the role

Finance plays a huge part in 2 Sisters and our Graduate Scheme offers you the opportunity to understand the scale and complexity around finance for one of the largest food manufacturers. You will be given real projects and be empowered to make real decisions by rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck into life at 2 Sisters.

You will have 3 separate placements in the first year, followed by 2 placements in the second and third year

of the scheme, so you can gain experience across a broad spectrum of Finance. These areas include

Commercial Finance, Operations Finance, Financial Accounting and Reporting, Financial Planning and Analysis,

Shared Services: Internal Audit and Tax and Treasury. You will have exposure to people at all different levels

and learn from some of the best in the industry.

We will support you right from the start as well as giving you a structured development plan. You will also

be partnered with a mentor who will be with you every step of the way.

About our Graduate Scheme
The scheme is a three-year placement starting in September 2023. We will be proactively working with you throughout the three-years to secure your permanent role with 2 Sisters at the end of the three years. We invest a lot in your development and endeavour to offer every Graduate who meets the required standards a permanent role, subject to business needs.

Our eligibility criteria for our Finance Graduate Scheme is as follows:
- 2.1 minimum degree in any discipline
- Graduated within the last 3 years
- Strongly analytical and numerical skills
- Communication skills
- Attention to detail
- A real passion for all things food and finance!

Graduates are expected to relocate to any of our sites throughout the UK during your 3 years on the programme.
