We are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join our Team in Bolton. About the role Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager for Education and Residential you will be required to provide day to day financial support to the Education and Residential division. You will take an active and evolving role in producing accurate and timely monthly management accounts for multiple schools and residential homes across the group. The successful candidate will be responsible for the production of monthly management accounts, the annual budget and quarterly forecasts for multiple cost centres, with support from the Senior Finance Manager and ensuring that invoicing is completed in a timely manner. You will liaise with the management and teams to ensure all details are up to date for invoicing and assist with improvements to their finance processes where required. Who we are looking for We are ideally looking for a part qualified management/financial accountant with relevant experience who is keen to complete their CIMA/ACCA professional accountancy qualification, which will be fully supported. This is a great role for someone with an ambition to grow within an organisation. Experience of Access Dimensions would be advantageous, though not essential. It is essential that you are able to meet tight deadlines, showing good initiative to take ownership of tasks. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships throughout the group.
