EXECUTIVE - MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT
We are on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic individual to join our Group Finance team at MAS Holdings (Pvt) Ltd. as a ‘Executive - Management Accounting’ to monitor the performance of the central functions through analysis, feasibility studying/ recommendations, cost saving initiatives and the preparation of management reports, budgetary control and monitoring - thereby facilitating organizational decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
· Analyze and prepare annual budgets of the central functions in a timely manner
· Ensure diligent and timely preparation of the consolidated budget for MAS Capital and MAS Holdings
· Work closely with the functional team on the Long Range Planning (LRP) Process
· Carrying out operational reviews for all service functions to achieve the set objectives of each operation
· Completion of the Annual Central Management Service fee, ensuring the accuracy of the charge out communication to the SBU’s (Strategic Business Unit)
· Ensure the completion of quarterly revenue billing and reimbursement in a timely manner
· Ensure the accuracy and completeness of Transfer Pricing documentation for compliance
· Raise CAPEX requests, obtain relevant authorization/approvals and follow up on requests, whilst monitoring and analyzing the CAPEX Expenditure and providing relevant information to the management
· Liaising with the Financial Accounting (FA) team and MAS Legato to ensure timely and accurate completion of month and accounts
· Ensure compliance with the defined governance framework including upholding the MAS DNA, following group/company policy procedures, best practices and relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
· Degree or equivalent qualification in accounting such as CIMA
· 3 - 4 years of relevant work experience
· Proficient in using SAP
· Effective communication skills
· Strong analytical skills
· IT Literacy
