How do we do this?
Our customers contact us online and we either respond back to them online or give them a call to take them through something that might be a bit more complex. Through these interactions with our customers, we educate them to make sure they get the best out of our software.
But that's not it, to ensure we deliver world-class support, we continually encourage our team to learn and flourish by providing opportunities to upskill and specialise in the areas that interest them.
There is even the chance to complete your CPA through Xero.

What do we need from you?
Most importantly, an Accounting degree - practice experience is a bonus! A passionate problem solver that loves to investigate complex issuesHigh level of attention to detailFantastic communication skills - both written and verbal Initiative and ability to self-manageA team player attitude, you love to collaborate and proactively assist other team membersAnd most of all, having fun while doing it
We support customers around the globe so this won't be your typical 9-5 hours. This is a flexible, full-time role with a start date of mid April. We have multiple fixed shift options available Mon - Sun between 08:00am - 08:00pm. We'll be reviewing applications once we're back in mid January, so expect to hear from us then!
